Who operates CyclonePro

CyclonePro is operated by INNO TECH GROUP CO., LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy applies to the CyclonePro iOS application and this website.

Data the app processes

The app processes the server name and Outline or Shadowsocks access key that you choose to import. The access key is stored locally in the iOS Keychain. The profile name, parsed server endpoint, port, and encryption-method name are stored locally in the app container. We do not receive any of these items.

Local endpoint diagnostics

When you explicitly tap Test Server Reachability, CyclonePro makes one direct TCP connection to the endpoint in your imported profile and measures how long it takes to connect. The check does not send the access-key password or browsing data, does not verify proxy authentication, and does not report the result to us. It does not run automatically or while the VPN is connected.

VPN traffic

CyclonePro sends device traffic through the proxy server you select. We do not operate that server, and the app does not transmit traffic to us. Your chosen server operator and destination services may process connection metadata and unencrypted traffic under their own policies.

Data we do not collect

• No browsing history, domains, DNS queries, traffic content, or connection logs.
• No advertising identifiers, device fingerprints, analytics, or tracking data.
• No precise location, contacts, photos, payment details, or account profile.

Camera access

Camera permission is optional and used only to scan a QR code containing an access key. Images and video are processed on the device and are not stored or transmitted by CyclonePro.

Retention and deletion

Deleting a server inside the app removes its key from the iOS Keychain and its local profile. Deleting the app removes its app container; iOS manages any remaining Keychain data according to the platform's security behavior.

Children and transfers

Because we do not collect personal data through the app, we do not knowingly collect data from children or transfer app data for advertising or data-broker purposes.
