Help with importing and connecting to your server.

Import an access key

1. Obtain a standard ss:// access key from your Outline or Shadowsocks server administrator.
2. Open CyclonePro, tap Add Server, then paste the key or scan its QR code.
3. Tap the play button beside the server and approve the iOS VPN configuration prompt.

If connection fails

• Disconnect the VPN, tap the server row, and choose Test Server Reachability. This checks whether the endpoint accepts a TCP connection; it does not validate the password or proxy service.
• Confirm the same key works in the official Outline client.
• Check that the server is running and reachable from your current network.
• Delete and import the key again if the server administrator rotated it.
• Temporarily disable another VPN or filtering profile that may conflict.

Understand an imported profile

Tap a server row to view its endpoint and encryption method without revealing the access-key password. The Local Diagnostics section runs only when you tap it, and its result remains on your device.

What CyclonePro provides

CyclonePro is a client application. It does not sell, provision, or discover proxy servers. You are responsible for the server you import and for following applicable laws and the server operator's terms.
